All I can say is WOW. It is like you never stopped playing together. It was great to hear "Cadillac City" again. Tom sounded better than I can ever recall. Energy was great. You guys should play the club circuit here in cowtown (columbus) for a couple of months. The material is outstanding and relevant to today. Great job.

Dear Z-Berg Drivers License Checker Person,
Rick, you flatter us! I am humbled by your comments, although I do recall thinking it sounded pretty amazing from my spot on stage. It was like starting up an old, dependable engine....a couple of sputters and then it just starts purring like it did a while back. I wish we all had the time to come back and do a circuit.
Thanks for being there, my brother!
See you at the next one.
John Money

I really was impressed with the reunion concert. Anyway Snook go go moneymuffsrock.com click on the links and you will find pictures, you will be able to refresh you Money Muffs collection, buy a shirt or two, and listen to snips of our favorites, download mp3's, and listen to "No Lip from Punks" matched to a great movie scene where the punks meet their match. Hope we can do the reunion concert again soon. I just wish some smart record executive would show up with a big fat contract and the right promotional tools. Hell, Paul McCartney is doing it, the Stones are doing it, Eric Moore and the Godz doing it (Not so much), McGuffey Lane is out doing it even. Tom is doing it with his new Yzen band, lets get behind him, maybe he will do a Money-Muff song now and then.

That was in '83 or later. Michael Fite singing. I wasn't in the band at that point, although I did re-enter the scene in '86 or so.

In case anyone has not noticed: Go to www.moneymuffsrock.com and click on shoppe, and there it is the First QFM96 hometown concert featuring our Muffs at the Columbus Agora. I have listened to this over and over in my pickup truck for the last 3 days. Brings back memories to my days as the ID checker at the Swallows in Zanesville. Mongo any news on the Dirt Road Dave Memorial?
