Hi Snook,
Twenty Dollar Woman was an original....you'd have to ask Tombo if it was from personal experience, though, as he wrote it I did always like Calling All Girls by Hilly Michaels, too (we still do that at reunions). I'm pretty impressed that you remembered Holiday. Stay With Me by Rod Stewart & Faces was fun to play, although I do believe that Comfortably Numb by Pink Floyd was my favorite cover. What a stab from the past!

Snook,
BTW, we did do Lawyers, Guns, and Money by Warren Zevon. One more - One-Eyed Jack by Derringer was/is a great song.
Now you have those old, long-dead brain cells trying to fire up and remember more songs. We did a couple of Cars songs. Hmm.
The Mitch Ryder Devil medley.......and it goes on and on.

You would have to speak with Tom Money on those two questions. I am only the four-string warrior (and sometimes 5-string, 6-string, and 8-string).

I remember going way back to early muffs days, Stairway to Heaven, by Led Zeppelin and of course the Cars songs. and we all remember Steve Sines when he was just the lighting engineer coming on stage to do The Tubes, White Punks on Dope, and that obviously won him the full time singing job soon thereafter. And I will never forget Tom doing The Little Drummer Boy during Christmas shows.

Hey Z-Berg ID Guy,
We're just hangin' out, trying to recover from the holidays, still basking in the Buckeyes victory at the Rose Bowl, and getting ready for the Super Bowl.
I believe we are going to shoot for a reunion show this year, although I'm not sure exactly when it will be done. I personally prefer the Thanksgiving time-frame, but that depends on all the boys putting in their two cents worth.
I'll let you know about the status of the Dirt Road Dave Memorial Jam in May as well.
Thanks,
John Fender

Big John:
Thank you for the update. Will definately make the Dirt Road Dave Memorial Jam again this year. Even a little money is better than no money.
